Sakshi Tiwari is the co-founder and partner of our firm. She is a chartered accountant by profession and holds a graduate degree in commerce with a major in accounts & finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She has been working in the field of finance since 2016, with a special knack for taxation and tax litigation. She is also associated with various small, medium and large size entities; catering to an assortment of services such as auditing and assurance, project management, due diligence, business modelling, financial restructuring, project feasibility analysis, fundraising, capital restructuring, government liaising, so on and so forth. With her attention to detail and broad-spectrum view, she has bagged many successful assignments, while exhibiting the highest of professional and personal standards. She possesses a great sense of professionalism and has a very comprehensive approach to her work assignments. She is also engaged in many social and cultural development activities which narrates the vision that she carries for a brighter and happier India. She is a person who has been continually involved in setting goalposts for the firm and an active participant in achieving them.

Shubhangi Bansal is the co-founder and partner of our firm. She is a chartered accountant by profession and holds an honours degree in commerce from the University of Delhi. She has been working in the finance field since 2016. She has worked in various capacities such as business solution provider, advisory and management consulting for business and operation-related matters, including due diligence, vendor assistance in the transaction process, auditing and assurance, project management and financial modelling, project financing consultation, statutory audit, Internal audit, legal and tax compliance as, working capital management and optimisation advisory. She has been associated with various small, medium and large size entities; with a major focus on retail and manufacturing industries under FMCG, service and manufacturing industries enabling her to acquire a deep understanding of models, issues, and solutions therein. Her efforts have always been aligned with the vision and mission of the firm on a collective basis. With her attention to the minutest of details and broad-spectrum view, she has bagged many successful assignments while exhibiting the highest of professional and personal standards
